Do you also have a store?

Southern Dutch BBQ operates only as a webshop, so we do not have a physical store that you can visit.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order, since we do not have a physical store.

What are your opening hours?

We do not have fixed opening hours. Do you have questions for us that are not listed on our Q&A? Please contact us at shop@southerndutchbbq.com or +31 76 204 5030. We promise to respond to your email within 48 hours. If we don’t answer the phone, please leave a voicemail message or send a whats-app message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours of ordering. In incidental cases this may take longer. When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with track and trace. Check your spam box regularly.

I have received an incorrect delivery. What should I do now?

Oh dear, that is annoying! Send an email to shop@southerndutchbbq.com and we will contact you!

My order is damaged. What now?

We have done our best to pack it as well as possible. Still, it can always happen during transport. Send an email to shop@southerndutchbbq.com with pictures of the damage and we will contact you!
