Return Policy

If you order as a consumer, you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days (the so-called “viewing period”). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the order to us.

Of course, returns are only possible in undamaged and unopened packaging. We ask you to always pack the return shipment as well as possible.

Return costs

The costs of return shipping depend on the reason for return.

If we

• Delivered a product that you did not order, or;
• A product is damaged and you reported this to us within the trial period, or;
• Delivered a product that had incorrect product information on the website;

then we will bear the cost of return. In that case you will receive a return label that you can print out and attach to the shipment. If the package is lost by the carrier during the shipping process, this is at our risk.

If you

• Do not want to provide a reason for the return, or;
• Report a damage after the 14-day trial period , or;
• Are not satisfied with the product or regret your purchase, or;
• Ordered the wrong product;

then the shipping costs are yours. We recommend that you send the package with track & trace or registered mail. If the package is lost or damaged by the carrier during the shipping process, this is your risk. The address where you can send the return to is:
