Shipping Time

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours of placement. In occasional cases this may take longer. When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with track and trace. If necessary, please check your spam box regularly.

Packaging

We package the shipment as well as possible, to ensure that the chance of damage during transport is as small as possible.

Shipping Method

We deliver to consumers and companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. By default, we ship with DHL in the Netherlands and DPD to the other countries. Predict-notification is automatically included. Thanks to this service, you will always know when the driver will drop by, accurate to one hour. Moreover, you can change the place or date of delivery up to 30 minutes before the driver’s arrival. If you are not at home at the time of delivery after all, your parcel will go to the nearest parcel shop. Across Europe there are more than 70,000 parcel shops, so there is always one nearby.

Damage

Despite the fact that we pack the orders securely and the carrier does its best to deliver the order as carefully as possible, it can happen that the order is damaged during transport. Is the box already extremely damaged on the outside? Then refuse the order and contact us. Is the box intact, but is there still some damage on the inside? Please contact us and we will solve it for you!
